Self-Care at Sunrise

Self-care at sunrise is a 90-minute beachfront experience on St.Croix in the USVI. It is designed to awaken the senses and rejuvenate the soul.

The session is designed for women and is open to visitors and residents who value self-care and a desire to prioritize their health and wellness.

Infused with a mix of journaling, self-care, and mindfulness practices, You will emerge from this experience ready to command your day and face the world in a calm and relaxed way.

Each guest receives a beautiful journal and pen to capture your self-care at sunrise experience.

The session is led by Vanessa Farrell, a Certified Health Coach and resident of St. Croix.

Bring a towel or mat and an open heart.
